IMPORTANT FOREWORD:

Because of a constant improvement of our services, the contract giving access to our Seller Center will constantly evolve. We will therefore use the e-contract feature to always keep you updated about those evolutions. To be able to keep using your Seller Center, you will be required to read carefully each edition of the contract and accept it.

After an issuance of new Contract, a Vendor will be given 2 weeks to accept the terms. If not, the related Seller Center account will be suspended. If you accept the Contract, these conditions will be applied to all the orders processed after the electronic signing of the contract.

If you wish to gain more clarity about the terms of this contract, please contact either your dedicated Vendor Manager or Vendor Support Center.
